We found significant amounts of mold in our basement 3 weeks after buying our house. Advanced Restoration Solutions had the most reasonable quote and great reviews (in fact, their quote was half that of some other options). Ron was our project manager and he was AMAZING! One of the nicest people we’ve worked with and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

I had a faulty washing machine that was located in the upstairs closet of my loft. The machine leaked so much water it damaged the loft area, kitchen, two bathrooms and two lofts on the first floor. I called Advanced Restoration Solutions and they responded and started the clean up process within an hour. I was so impressed. The project manager kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very professional. I definitely recommend this company hands down!!!

The Advanced Restoration Solutions team responded promptly to a toilet (!) issue at my work. The staff were courteous, professional and clean. My coworkers and I were very pleased.

I had sewer water damage in my basement storage room. Oscar came out and gave me a bid immediately. He revised the bid several times and sent it to me in a timely manner — in the middle of the night. His crew worked very hard to thoroughly clean the area. He left the dehumidifier on for almost a week at no extra charge to ensure all the moisture was removed. He and his team were great!!!

Oscar was great. Had roof leak and water damage. Plaster was soaked. Oscar came for estimate and was able to come next day after roof repair to install temp dehumidifier to dry out the damage. When it needed a few more days than previously thought to dry (plaster and old houses can be tricky) he left the machine at no extra cost. Great easy experience (minus of course the leak and water damage in the first place).

Impeccable Professionalism. Josh and his team placed the dryers and dehumidifiers within minutes of coming to my home. I needed significant demolition to remove affected areas, and the folks were quick and extremely tidy. They made a terrible water disaster…., pleasant. Josh is trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind and a great communicator.

I really recommend Advanced Restoration Solutions. The guys are professional and very responsive. They are the best combination of price and quality! I’d definitely call them again.

Also, he gave us a quote that was significantly lower than the other companies. They had the unit cleaned up and dried out in a couple of days! Bravo!

Oscar was very helpful and prompt with his responses and quotes and work. He made it very easy to fix a problem that seemed daunting. He arranged other people to help like plumbers and handymen that were able to finish the project and kept me updated with progress. He explained the issues and gave me choices to choose from..

I have not met a more considerate and honest man as Ron. Not only did he help me immediately, he pointed out that in my inspection report there was actually no need for his remediation services. OMG, if only all vendors were this kind and this honest. Thank you Ron!

I’m a contractor and I was connected to Nelson to help my customer out with a leak they had in their kitchen. The insurance company was really giving my customer a hard time, Nelson came the same day put his machines, dealt directly with the insurance company and got my customer all the money they deserved to rebuild the kitchen. The were very careful with my items and packed up my Living Room without incidence (their professional capabilities gets them an extra ). Once construction is completed I will give a update. I couldn’t be more thankful for Advanced Restoration Solutions. I contacted them and they had someone out to my property with in 45 minutes! They came to my rescue and had all the right equipment to resolve the water damage we had. They were able to restore it back to pre-loss condition. The office communicated with me every step of the way and the crew was very knowledgeable. I can’t thank this company enough!
